Section 01
Acceptance and service scope
By accessing or using Creator OS, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms apply to the public website, dashboard, public creator pages, media kits, support flows, browser extension, and any related services we make available.
Creator OS is designed for creator operations, including content workflows, AI-assisted thumbnail and idea generation, video pipeline management, brand deal tracking, analytics, public creator pages, and connected productivity integrations.
Section 02
Accounts and subscriptions
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and for safeguarding your login credentials. You may not share access in a way that violates your subscription, bypasses limits, or compromises account security.
Some features require an active paid subscription or available credits. Access levels, generation limits, and connected workflows may vary by plan.
If you need to start or manage a plan, you can do that through the billing flow or available at the pricing page.
Section 03
Billing and payments
Paid subscriptions, checkout, and payment processing are handled through Stripe. By purchasing a plan, you authorize the applicable billing flow and any recurring charges tied to your subscription unless you cancel before renewal.
Subscription allowances such as credits or usage limits may reset on a billing cycle. Fees already paid are generally not refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.
If your payment method fails, your plan may be downgraded, paused, or canceled until billing is resolved.
Section 04
Your content
You retain ownership of the prompts, uploads, workspace records, creator assets, and other content you submit to Creator OS. You grant Creator OS a limited license to host, store, process, adapt, and display that content as needed to operate the service and the features you choose to use.
If you publish a creator profile, media kit, showcase, or other public-facing page through the platform, you authorize us to display the content and metadata needed to make that page available publicly.
Section 05
AI features
Creator OS includes AI-assisted features for creative workflows. Outputs may vary, may be incomplete, and should always be reviewed by you before publishing, sending to a brand, using in public materials, or relying on for business decisions.
You are responsible for ensuring your prompts, reference assets, uploaded files, and final outputs comply with applicable law and do not infringe the rights of others.
Section 06
Integrations
Creator OS may connect with services such as YouTube, Notion, Google Sheets, Gmail, Slack, Stripe, and similar workflow tools. If you connect a third-party service, you authorize Creator OS to access and use the data necessary to perform the sync, export, notification, or automation you requested.
Third-party services remain governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for downtime, changes, access restrictions, or actions taken by those external providers.
Section 07
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse Creator OS. This includes, without limitation:
- Violating laws, third-party rights, or platform rules.
- Uploading harmful code, abusive content, or material you do not have permission to use.
- Interfering with service stability, security, rate limits, or access controls.
- Attempting to scrape, reverse engineer, copy, or resell the service in an unauthorized way.
- Using AI outputs or automation features for fraud, impersonation, spam, or deceptive conduct.
Section 08
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe your use violates these terms, creates security risk, causes harm to the platform or other users, or exposes Creator OS to legal or operational risk.
You may stop using the service at any time. Canceling a subscription stops future renewals, but access may remain available until the end of the paid period unless we state otherwise.
Section 09
Disclaimers and limits
Creator OS is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that every output, integration, or automation will be accurate, complete, or fit for your specific use case.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Creator OS is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or business-interruption damages arising from your use of the service. Your use of public pages, creator content, AI outputs, exports, and third-party integrations is at your own risk.
Section 10
