Section 01
Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to Creator OS websites, dashboards, public creator pages, media kits, support workflows, and the Creator OS browser extension. It covers the information we process when you browse the site, create an account, connect external services, use AI-powered tools, manage your workspace, or interact with public pages published through the platform.
If you use a connected third-party service, that provider may also process your information under its own terms and privacy rules. This policy describes how Creator OS handles the data we receive or generate inside our product experience.
Section 02
Information we collect
We collect information from a few different sources depending on which features you use:
- Account and profile information such as name, email address, language preferences, avatar, and subscription status.
- Creator identity information such as YouTube handle, channel details, public channel metrics, and creator profile content.
- Workspace content you create or upload, including thumbnails, prompts, scripts, pipeline items, brand deal records, notes, and references.
- Support submissions and attachments you choose to send through ticket or feedback flows.
- Extension capture data, including the title, URL, thumbnail, and page context from the YouTube page you explicitly choose to save.
- Usage, diagnostics, and security logs needed to protect the platform, prevent abuse, and understand product performance.
Section 03
How we use information
We use your information to operate and improve Creator OS, including to:
- Authenticate your account, personalize your workspace, and keep your saved content available across sessions.
- Generate and organize AI-assisted outputs such as thumbnails, briefings, references, and workflow suggestions.
- Power creator workflows like video pipeline management, brand deal tracking, analytics views, support, and public profile experiences.
- Send transactional communications about account access, billing, support, plan changes, or product-critical notices.
- Detect misuse, investigate security events, enforce limits, and maintain product reliability.
Where AI is involved, the inputs you provide may be processed to generate the requested result inside Creator OS.
Section 04
Chrome extension limited use
Creator OS only accesses and processes Chrome extension data needed to provide the user-facing features you request, such as capturing YouTube page context, saving references, creating briefings, syncing pipeline items, and helping you publish a selected video to YouTube Studio.
We do not sell extension data, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not transfer it to third parties except when needed to provide the requested service, maintain security, comply with law, or use infrastructure providers acting on our behalf.
We do not allow humans to read extension-collected personal or sensitive data except with your consent, when needed for security or abuse investigation, to comply with legal obligations, or for limited internal operations using aggregated or de-identified information.
Section 05
Integrations and AI
Creator OS lets you connect external services such as YouTube, Notion, Google Sheets, Gmail, Slack, and similar workflow tools. When you connect one of these services, we process the data and permissions you authorize so we can sync, import, export, or automate the action you requested.
AI-powered features may process prompts, uploaded assets, references, and metadata needed to generate outputs. The browser extension only captures context from YouTube when you trigger an action like saving to Pipeline, creating a briefing, or storing a thumbnail reference.
If you disconnect an integration, future syncing stops, but information already imported into your workspace may remain until you delete it from Creator OS.
Section 06
Billing and Stripe
Subscription checkout and payment processing are handled through Stripe. Creator OS does not store full payment card details. We do keep the billing and subscription records needed to manage your plan, credit resets, payment events, invoices, and customer support.
If you create payment links or invoicing flows inside deal-related features, we may process the payment metadata required to generate and track those actions inside your workspace.
Section 07
Sharing and public content
We may share information in the following situations:
- With service providers and infrastructure partners that help us deliver hosting, support, billing, storage, and communications.
- With connected third-party services when you instruct Creator OS to sync, send, export, or notify through that integration.
- When needed to comply with law, respond to valid legal requests, or protect users, Creator OS, and the public.
- In connection with public creator profiles, media kits, showcases, or other content you intentionally publish publicly through the platform.
We do not publish private workspace content unless you explicitly use a public-facing feature that makes it visible to others.
Section 08
Retention and deletion
We retain account and workspace information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the platform.
Some deleted workspace records may go through a limited recovery period before permanent removal. For example, saved ideas, captures, references, and briefings can remain soft-deleted for up to 30 days before they are purged permanently.
We may also keep limited backup, audit, and security logs for a reasonable period after deletion where necessary for fraud prevention, incident response, or system integrity.
Section 09
Your choices
You can manage much of your information directly inside the product by updating your profile, editing workspace content, disconnecting integrations, and canceling subscriptions.
